  • What if I’m not in shape yet? Will I be able to keep up?

    • Yes! This challenge is designed for all fitness levels. You’ll learn modifications for every movement, and we focus on smart, sustainable strength — not punishing workouts. Whether you're just getting started or returning after a break, you’ll fit right in.

  • Do I need gym equipment?

    • No. You can start with bodyweight movements and get all the resistance you need. As you get stronger, you’ll have the option to add resistance bands or weights for an extra challenge. Everything can be done from home, on your schedule — no fancy machines required.

  • What if I can’t join live every day?

    • No worries at all. Most of the learning will take place through video education which you have access to at any time. You can follow the daily workout plan on your own- it’s fully outlined in your printable workbook so you can post it on your fridge and stay on track. Want accountability? Just check in with the team in the app when your workout is done. You’re welcome to join Zoom sessions for fun any time you want to jump in- cameras are always optional and privacy is fully respected.
