Whether you’re a complete beginner or already experimenting with timing windows, you’ll learn how to safely and comfortably make changes. We’ll guide you through the process and keep it fun, educational, and well within your comfort zone.

  • Is this challenge safe for someone new to eating windows?

    • Absolutely. The challenge is structured to keep you in the safety zone, no matter your experience level. You’ll change your eating window at a pace that feels right for you and your lifestyle. We’ll explore the benefits of different TRE methods, 16:8, 5:2, one meal a day (OMAD), and even prolonged fasting, but everything is tailored to your personal comfort.

  • What if I don’t want to fast for long periods?

    • That’s completely fine! This challenge isn’t about extreme fasting or forcing yourself into any strict routine. It’s about finding the balance that works for you while learning how to align your eating habits with your body’s natural rhythms. You’re in control and there’s no pressure to do anything beyond what feels comfortable.
